How long does the integration take?

Change one base URL in an OpenAI-compatible client, or install the Python or TypeScript SDK; the quickstart routes a first request in a few minutes.

Will this lock us into another vendor?

No. The router is Apache-2.0 open source, your provider keys stay yours, and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving is a change of base URL.

What happens when a provider fails?

The router falls back to the next model your policy allows and records the fallback in the trace, so an outage costs a retry, not an incident.

This is a Cloudflare Workers app using Durable Objects for retro metadata, board state, WebSockets, and storage.
Use script/setup, script/dev, script/lint, and script/test for common tasks.
Run script/lint, script/test, npm run typecheck, and npm run build before saying changes are done.
Deploy with script/deploy. CI deploys from main using the CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID and CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN GitHub Actions secrets.
PR previews deploy to https://freeretro-pr-<number>.ziki.workers.dev with isolated Durable Object state and clean up when the PR closes.
Retros are unlisted. Do not add a public retro listing, index, sitemap, or browse endpoint.
Retro IDs must be UUIDs created with crypto.randomUUID().
Keep GitHub Actions as the only CI/CD system.
Keep this file updated when project-specific scripts, architecture, or gotchas change.

Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
