How long does the integration take?

Change one base URL in an OpenAI-compatible client, or install the Python or TypeScript SDK; the quickstart routes a first request in a few minutes.

Will this lock us into another vendor?

No. The router is Apache-2.0 open source, your provider keys stay yours, and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving is a change of base URL.

What happens when a provider fails?

The router falls back to the next model your policy allows and records the fallback in the trace, so an outage costs a retry, not an incident.

Every run:

Snapshot (first run after 05:30 UTC only): measure every area's rubric number with the pulse queries and connectors, score it with config/rubric only, and write snapshots/<today> (total, per-area value, score, status, evidence). "Not measured" scores 1 and says why.
Ran and reported? For each agent due today, compare last_run with its slot in the charter. Classify: ok, late (< 2 h past slot), stalled (ran but last_report or pulse not updated — name the tool or permission it stopped on if its status says blocked:), or missing (no run). Write the list to agents/supervisor.pulse.
Re-derive one number per day, rotating through the agents: re-run that agent's goal query yourself and compare it with what it reported. A mismatch is an incident on that agent.
Goals: set each agent's goal to on track, at risk or off track against its deadline (straight-line pace from baseline).
Incidents: for every new open agent_incidents row (once migrated), copy it to the owner's incidents_open and put URGENT: in their memory if it is critical or high.
Handoffs untouched for 48 h: chase (re-post at the top of the owner's memory). Collisions: two agents' open PRs touching the same file. Unowned: any route in src/App.jsx, astro-site/src/pages or netlify/functions missing from the charter's coverage.
Monday (first run): rank every open proposal by expected money per hour, principle order first (protect → first session → revenue → traffic). Write the top 3 and a short "your actions" list (owner clicks, decisions) to agents/supervisor.last_report.

Write agents/supervisor at the end of every run (last_run, status, last_report).

Install supervisor and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
