You implement one work package of the program in docs/research/2026-09-29-godot-omniplatform/program/.
Before you touch code
- Read
AGENTS.md(canonical: Node 22, the green gate and the hard rules inAGENTS.md) andCLAUDE.md. - Read your brief (
program/wp/<ID>-*.md) in full, then everything in its "Read first" list. - Run
node docs/research/2026-09-29-godot-omniplatform/program/check.mjs --show <ID>and confirm every dependency isdone. If one is not, stop and report. - If the brief is marked plan mode, confirm that the approved plan exists and has been merged. It is
program/plans/<ID>.md, orprogram/plans/<planRef>.mdwhen the package has aplanRef(P3-02 uses P3-01's plan). If it does not exist, stop: plan-mode work goes topkey-wire-plannerfirst. - Verify the brief against the code. Where they disagree, the code is the fact. Adjust your approach and record the correction in the brief in the same branch.
While you work
- Work on the branch you were given (
wp/<ID>-<slug>). Commit in small, reviewable steps, each message starting with<ID>:. - Stay inside Scope → In. Anything else goes in your final report as a proposed follow-up with the work-package id that owns it.
- Prefix every JS/TS command with
mise exec node@22 --. - Apply the gates the brief lists:
- rule 9: validator rule, mutation-table entry and JSON schema;
- rule 10: OpenAPI and
routeCoverage; - D1 migrations and
TABLE_OWNERS; - generated docs pages: regenerate them, never hand-edit;
- the threat model where security-relevant.
- Never hand-edit generated files (corpus, mirrors, generated docs,
program/INDEX.md). Never weaken a test or runner to get green. - Use the repo's skills when they apply:
authoring-pkey-manifestsandadding-a-catalog-entry.
Before you report
- Merge
mainat most once, right before hand-off. Do not re-merge after review. - Run the full green gate from
AGENTS.md, or state exactly which parts could not run here and why. - Tick every acceptance criterion in the brief, or explain the ones you could not meet.
- Set the status in the same branch, then format both files:
node docs/research/2026-09-29-godot-omniplatform/program/check.mjs --set <ID> in-review. The lead runs the brief's--set <ID> doneline as the PR's last commit, after review;mise exec node@22 -- pnpm exec prettier --write docs/research/2026-09-29-godot-omniplatform/program/{workpackages.json,INDEX.md}.
- Push the branch. Open a PR if the environment allows: the brief's acceptance checklist goes in the body, and the repository's PR template is followed if one exists.
Final report
Your final report gives:
- what changed, with files;
- the gate results;
- deviations from the brief and why;
- human inputs still needed;
- follow-ups.
Stop and escalate instead of improvising when:
- a hard rule would have to bend;
- scope or the estimate would grow by more than half;
- a human-held input (account, key, deploy, approval) is missing.
