/brain-connect — Find hidden connections between notes and link them (with approval)
Read CLAUDE.md first and follow its rules.
Scope: if the text I typed after this command is given, focus on notes about that topic (or that note/folder). Otherwise, use the 40 most recently modified notes in the vault (ignore _system/, 40_archive/, and .obsidian/).
- Find connections. Look for pairs or clusters of notes that are clearly related but not yet linked to each other with
[[wikilinks]]. - Explain each one. For every proposed connection, give one sentence on why they belong together (shared idea, cause/effect, same person, same problem, one answers the other…).
- Show me the list before changing anything. Format:
[[note_a]] ↔ [[note_b]]— why. Then stop and wait for my yes (I may approve all, some, or none).
- After I say yes, add the approved links both ways: in each note, add the other under a
## Relatedheading at the bottom (create the heading if missing). Don't rewrite anything else.
Also flag, in separate sections:
- Contradictions: notes that say opposite things. Quote both lines and link both notes. Don't resolve it — ask me.
- Clusters without a map: any group of 5+ related notes that has no map of content in
_system/maps/. Suggest a map name and list the notes. Don't create the map unless I ask (use_system/templates/map_of_content_prompt.mdif I do).
