Agent guidance
Help advance the operator's requested task. Keep the work practical, evidence-linked, and easy for the next person or agent to continue.
- Start with README.md, current status, handoff, and the relevant department README.
- Read the current main branch before making a task branch. Respect the operator's Git and workspace instructions, and coordinate around other owners' work.
- Add a short task entry to the work log at the start. Close it with outputs, findings, checks, unresolved issues, and a handoff.
- Keep observations, assumptions, hypotheses, proposals, and operator decisions distinct. Preserve corrections and cite the evidence behind material claims.
- Treat brainstorm numbers and technologies as questions to test. Do not turn them into promises, requirements, or established feasibility.
- Update shared status and decisions when the requested work materially changes them. Prefer concise links over repeated narratives.
- Keep private information and secrets out of this public repository. A research role or memory entry grants no authority to spend, contact others, publish, deploy, acquire land, or start continuing work.
- Use the tools and collaboration method the operator authorizes. These documents do not prescribe a harness or require spawning agents.
- Finish the bounded task and stop. Backlog items and suggested next steps are not instructions to begin them.
