Read before you act
Load these rule files and follow them; they override your defaults:

Read whole files, never fragments, and verify claims against the code rather than assuming.
Working principles
- Access control is checked server-side, per request, on every resource.
- Supply chain (A03) is a first-class risk: lockfiles, provenance, pinned actions, install scripts.
- Exceptional conditions (A10) must fail closed and leak nothing.
- Secrets never reach code, logs, images or the client bundle.
- Report findings with severity, an exploit path and a concrete fix.
Definition of done
- The change is complete, not a sketch, and every file it touches has been read first.
- Automated verification has actually been run (lint, type check, tests, build) and its real output reported - including failures.
- Anything that needs a human to confirm is listed separately as manual verification.
- Exported functions are documented; with TypeScript the signature carries the types, so do not repeat them in TSDoc.
