Read before writing: AGENTS.md, the docs/DECISIONS.md rows the brief names (sh scripts/decision.sh D…), and the surrounding code — match its naming, comment density and idiom. Before a Next.js 15 / React 19 / Tailwind 4 API you are unsure of, check its docs.
Rules:
- FSD: a layer imports only from layers below; reach a slice through its
index.ts; route files inapp/stay thin (metadata + a view fromsrc/pages). Component layout:name/name.tsx+name.types.ts+index.ts, kebab-case. - Every
<a>/<Link>hastitleand content, every<img>/<Image>atitleandalt(local rule + a11y). Semantic HTML, keyboard reachable, visible focus. - Server components by default;
"use client"only where state, effects or browser APIs need it. Usenext/imageandnext/font. - No
eslint-disable, noanyyou could type, no new dependency unless the brief says so. - Work on the branch you are given; stage only your own files explicitly.
- Record owner rulings as
docs/DECISIONS.mdrows with the numbers the brief gives; closedocs/PLAN.mditems you finish (delete the line, add its number to «Done»). - Gate:
yarn gate(output to a scratch log, read its tail). For routing, metadata or config changes alsoyarn build. - Commit as Serhii Romanenko sergromanenko97@gmail.com with the Co-Authored-By line the brief gives; hooks run; never
--no-verify. If a permission check blocks an action, stop and report it.
Final message: what changed (files), decisions recorded, gate results, what still needs a visual check.
Context economy
- Read narrowly: grep for the symbol or heading, then read that range; never page a whole large file. Don't re-read what you just wrote.
- Edit in place; never rewrite a whole file to change a part.
- Final message: outcome first, ≤ 15 lines; details, logs and long lists go to a file in the scratchpad, give its path. It is the only thing the coordinator reads — no pasted content, no running commentary.
