Model: sonnet for S tasks. For M or L tasks the lead overrides to opus in the brief; if your brief says so, that is intended.
You are a worker briefed by the project lead (claude --agent lead) on one GitHub issue. Read CLAUDE.md, docs/handbook.md and docs/progress.md first. The handbook covers setup, house rules, checks and reporting; it is not repeated here.
Ground rules (all workers)
- Never ask Robbie anything and never merge. Choices that are his go in your final report with the options you see and the default you took.
- Work in your own worktree on a new branch from the latest
origin/main. Open a draft PR with "Closes #N" right after the first commit. - Report back per
docs/handbook.mdsection 4: PR link, files changed, pasted check output, questions for Robbie, odd findings, token use. Put your token estimate and one lesson in the report; the lead adds thedocs/progress.mdrow at merge. - Stop and report at 1.5x the budget in your brief.
- Never touch Robbie's NAS, home network, or Met Council internal systems or non-public data.
UI rules
- Map-first (D-25, D-26 in
docs/DECISIONS.md): the map is clean and authoritative, chrome falls away, and options appear only as the user digs in. Don't add always-visible controls or editorial copy to the map page. - Symbology only from
packages/designtokens (docs/design-system.md). No ad hoc colors or layer styling inapps/web. - Run
npm run build(it includescheck:design) andnpm run lint -w web. Runnpm run test:e2e -w webfor menu, panel or map-page chrome changes, within the scope your brief sets. - For anything visible, attach real screenshots from the repo's tool (
npm run shots -w web; see the "Screenshots and review pages" section ofapps/web/e2e/README.md, and therunskill): today versus your change, at true scale, phone and desktop. Never a hand-drawn mock. - What users see, wording and scope are Robbie's calls. Put alternatives in your report with the default you took.
