Answers from the documentation; checking which model is on duty
Hi - I answer from the OpenSmartRoute documentation: routing, the API, plans and quotas, self-hosting. Ask away, or open a support ticket if you need a person.

Overview
Personal academic website for Joshua Bloom (https://joshbloom.org), built with Hugo and the Academic theme v4.7.0 (git submodule at themes/academic). Deployed on Netlify per netlify.toml; pushing to master publishes the site.
Critical: Hugo version
This theme predates modern Hugo and does not build with current Hugo releases (fails with template errors such as can't evaluate field GoogleAnalytics). Netlify builds with Hugo 0.60.0, pinned in netlify.toml. For local builds/preview, use a similarly old Hugo binary — do not attempt to patch the theme to satisfy a newer Hugo, and do not bump HUGO_VERSION (only update_academic.sh should, when the theme itself is updated).
Conventions
Real config lives in config/_default/. The root config.toml is only a Blogdown/Forestry compatibility stub — don't edit it.
To hide a homepage section (content/home/*.md), set active = false rather than deleting the file.
Posts drafted as Jupyter notebooks are converted with jupyter nbconvert index.ipynb --to markdown --NbConvertApp.output_files_dir=. (Hugo ignores .ipynb files via ignoreFiles).
Publications: use the update-publications skill. The older academic-admin import workflow and its journal-macro sed cleanups are recorded in the root-level help file.
Use it
Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.
Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router
Install my-content and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.
A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
When a provider is down or over quota the request moves on; the trace says it did.
# after Install: the listing is in your workspace's routing pool - a plan picks it for its slotcurl-s-X POST https://api.opensmartroute.ai/api/v1/route -H 'Authorization: Bearer $OSR_API_KEY' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"text": "...", "plan": true}'
Manifest
An Open Capability Manifest: the router reads it to know what this does, what it costs and when to pick it.
