Run the project's end-to-end tests.
- Run the Playwright suite:
npm run test:e2e(checkpackage.jsonfor the exact script — it may betest:e2e,e2e, ornpx playwright test). If/test-planhas been run,npm run test:walkthroughis the fuller role × route sweep — prefer it. - Do not start a server first. Playwright boots its own two on an isolated e2e database: one on
E2E_PORT, and therequiredserver onE2E_PORT + 1. Only Postgres must be up: the onee2e/lib/dbUrl.jsresolves to (TEST_PG_URLlocally). Check that both ports are free, since a dev server or preview often holds 3000 or 3001, or pass a free pair (E2E_PORT=3740). A taken port stops the run with Playwright's "is already used" error. Never answer that error withreuseExistingServer(docs/TESTING.md, "A taken e2e port stops the run"). - Triage each failure: name the spec + the likely cause — selector drift after the re-skin, missing seed data, or a route removed by
/strip-base. Fix selectors/flakes the re-skin broke; flag genuine regressions rather than masking them. - Report pass/fail counts and what you changed. Don't declare done while specs are red without an explicit, stated reason.
