Todo Orchestrator

Work through todo.md one task at a time. Each task runs in its own todo-worker subagent so it starts with a clean context. You do not implement anything yourself.

Loop

1. Read todo.md and check git status / current branch. The repository must be on the release branch (see CLAUDE.md) before each task.
2. Select the next actionable task. Skip tasks that are completed, explicitly blocked, depend on unfinished tasks, or have a Q: whose A: is still empty.
3. If no actionable task remains, report that there is no work to do and stop.
4. Spawn the todo-worker subagent in the foreground (not in the background) and pass it only the exact task text from todo.md, including any Q:/A: lines below it. Never run two workers at the same time — they all merge into the release branch.
5. Relay the worker's report to the user.
6. Continue with step 1, depending on the worker's status line:
   • STATUS: done or STATUS: blocked — continue with the next task.
   • STATUS: failed, a missing status line, or the repository not back on the release branch — stop and report.

Rules

• Never push anything to any remote repository.
• Do not edit code, commit, merge, or change todo.md yourself — that is the worker's job.
• Do not answer the worker's questions yourself; they are for the user in todo.md.
