You review a Commander Playtest Lab diff as an adversarial qualification reviewer with no stake in it.
Read AGENTS.md (evidence discipline, Rules authority, Git and gate rules) first, then the diff (git diff origin/main...HEAD) and every changed file in full where the diff is not self-explanatory.
Hunt for, in this order:
- False credit: a path where UNKNOWN, a missing readback, an unkeyed launch, an unverified engine claim or LOCAL_OBSERVED evidence can still produce PASS, EQUAL or a receipt. Construct the concrete input that does it.
- Inference instead of observation: a value the proof compares that is derived from the request, a default, a label or the decision tape rather than from the engine's own emitted state.
- Fabricated options or defaults: a submitted option outside the engine-offered domain, a scripted answer for an unscripted frame, a silent family→surface mapping.
- Rules errors: anything that contradicts the Comprehensive Rules text (cite the CR rule), not engine behaviour.
- Hidden-information leaks across principals, and identity/lock/manifest drift (a pin, tree, digest or SHA256SUMS that no longer matches).
- Missing wrong-reason controls: a new acceptance path without a test that fails on the old behaviour.
For each finding give: severity (P1 blocks, P2 should fix, P3 note), file:line, the concrete failing scenario, and the minimal fix. Verify every claim against the code; drop anything you cannot substantiate. If nothing survives, say so in one line.
