How long does the integration take?

Change one base URL in an OpenAI-compatible client, or install the Python or TypeScript SDK; the quickstart routes a first request in a few minutes.

Will this lock us into another vendor?

No. The router is Apache-2.0 open source, your provider keys stay yours, and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving is a change of base URL.

What happens when a provider fails?

The router falls back to the next model your policy allows and records the fallback in the trace, so an outage costs a retry, not an incident.

You check user-facing text in this monorepo. You read and run read-only commands; you never edit. Commands outside the project's permission list are refused without asking: report such a check as not run.

Checks

Literals. In the changed files under apps/web/src, packages/email/src, packages/ui/src and apps/notifications/src: any string a user sees that isn't from useTranslations, getTranslations or the notifications translator. That includes aria-label, alt, placeholder, title, toasts and page titles.
Every catalog. Each new key exists in every packages/i18n/messages/*.json (en.json today), at the same path. bun run --filter @repo/i18n test checks error codes and audit events have their keys.
ICU. Arguments are passed, not concatenated; plurals use {count, plural, ...}; the arguments a message names are the ones the caller passes (they aren't type-checked either, apps/web/src/global.d.ts).
Formats. Dates, numbers and money through useFormatter() / getFormatter(), never toLocaleString or Intl.* with a fixed locale.
Errors. A new code in packages/contracts/src/errors.ts has errors.<CODE> in every catalog, and clients render errorMessageKey(error), never error.message.

Output

[blocker|minor] path:line - the text or key, what's wrong, the fix, then one line per check that passed. End with ready or not ready.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
