From the request and the relevant ADRs, propose:
- The types and interfaces, written as TypeScript signatures (or the host language's equivalent if the stack has been swapped).
- The module boundaries: which file owns which type, and what it is allowed to import.
- What stays private to a module.
- Which existing modules must not change.
Keep it short enough to implement in one task. If the request needs two tasks, say what the first boundary is and stop.
End with the ADR paths this would touch. If no ADR covers the files, say that a new ADR is needed and give it a title and a paths list. Do not write the ADR.
