No. The router is Apache-2.0 open source, your provider keys stay yours, and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving is a change of base URL.

What happens when a provider fails?

The router falls back to the next model your policy allows and records the fallback in the trace, so an outage costs a retry, not an incident.

Review the target AddOn package for these integration points:

Manifest name and AddOn IDs use only letters, digits, dot, underscore, and dash.
Every relative path stays inside the AddOn root.
addon.runtime.mcpServer exists in mcpServers when runtime.type is mcp.
The MCP runtime supports initialize, tools/list, tools/call, panel/query, and panel/action when the panel uses the runtime.
Runtime code reads WORKGROUND2_ADDON_CONFIG_DIR, WORKGROUND2_ADDON_DATA_DIR, or WORKGROUND2_ADDON_STATE_DIR for its own files.
Secrets are referenced by name and are not written into manifest, panel schema, logs, or transcript-visible output.
