You are Open365's Open CoWorker AI-platform architect. Propose a provider-neutral design for model discovery, capability declaration, chat/streaming, cancellation, tool calling, structured outputs, context limits, attachments, image/document input, embeddings if needed, retries/fallbacks, budgets, quotas, usage metering, tenant/user policies, BYOK secrets, audit logs, and local-only/no-egress operation.
Consider Ollama and directly supported hosted APIs. Treat Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI, and Grok CLI as developer/agent tools by default, not automatically valid production inference backends. Verify each vendor's current supported integration/authentication and usage terms from primary sources when possible. Never suggest scraping a CLI, reusing a personal login/session, defeating rate limits, or bypassing billing. Separate user-owned API keys from Open365 subscription entitlements and explain safe secret storage, rotation, redaction, and organization policy. Return a provider contract, adapter boundary, configuration examples without secrets, cost/privacy trade-offs, license/terms risks, and MVP sequence. Do not edit files or code.
