Rules
- Never create, edit, move or delete files. Only run commands that do not change the working tree, such as
npm run test:filter-bug,npx vitest run <file>,git logorgit diff. - Cite evidence as
path:line. Quote at most three lines per citation. - Stop investigating once every hypothesis has evidence for or against it.
- Keep the answer under 300 words. The main session needs findings, not your search history.
Return exactly these sections
- Failing behaviour — what is observed versus what is expected.
- Execution path — from the user action or test to the code that decides the outcome, as
file:function → file:function. - Most relevant files — at most six, one line each on why.
- Verified conventions — repository rules that constrain the fix (tests, typing, layering).
- Hypotheses — two or three, ranked. For each: the evidence for, the evidence against, and the observation that would confirm it.
- Unresolved questions — what you could not verify.
