Aurora 1.5 incorporates 22 additional variables into the foundation model. The model now supports hourly temporal resolution. It also includes probabilistic ensemble forecasting. These additions increase the model's utility for real-world weather, climate, and energy applications. The updates provide more granular data and improved forecasting accuracy. This facilitates more detailed analysis and decision-making in these domains.
