Data Transform

Use this skill when the user asks to normalize, standardize, filter missing rows, keep selected columns, rename columns, convert tables, or save transformed data as a new CSV/XLSX file.

Rules:

Never overwrite the source file unless the user explicitly confirms.
Write a transformation log that records source path, output path, operations, and affected columns.
Treat outlier deletion and missing-value deletion as separate actions; do not delete outliers automatically.
Supply transformations as explicit ops; do not ask the executor to infer operations from request text.
Supply keep_columns for column selection and scale_columns for normalization or standardization. Decide roles from the inspected schema, not name-matching rules.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router

Install data-transform and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
