Architecture & Service Boundaries
- Maintain a strict modular architecture:

Pactum Scroll & Maven Module Strategy
- Treat Pactum Scroll as the shared Maven project for:
- Contracts, DTOs, entities, schemas, error models, identity models, S3 proxy contracts.
- Keep Pactum Scroll backward compatible, versioned, and well-documented.
- For cross-cutting concerns, introduce dedicated modules instead of duplication:

- Phase 4: Expand coverage, refactor, optimize.

- Identify tests that were written to “just pass” instead of surfacing real cases and error conditions.
- Upgrade them to high-quality, behavior-revealing tests aligned with Sentinel-Gear standards.
- If a test fails most cases, assume the implementation is wrong, not the test, and fix the code.
Production-Readiness & Security
- Security
- Enforce OIDC/OAuth2 at Sentinel-Gear.
- Validate and sanitize JWTs; never trust upstream claims blindly.
- Provide configuration for Keycloak/other IDPs via environment variables and secrets.
- Plan for TLS termination, secure defaults, and hardened HTTP settings.
- Ensure Sentinel-Gear (identity gateway) and Claimspindel (claims routing) govern and secure all storage access:
- It must never be possible to upload directly to MinIO/S3-compatible storage bypassing Sentinel-Gear and Claimspindel.
- Resilience & Performance
- Health checks, readiness/liveness probes, graceful shutdown.
- Caching where appropriate (token introspection, policy evaluation results).
- Rate limiting, circuit breaking, retries with backoff, and timeouts.

- Compute SHA-256 digests for each artifact (JARs, images, bundles).
- Invoke the SLSA Generic Generator (

- Clear separation of domain logic, infrastructure, and transport layers.
Execution Discipline
- Perform comprehensive reviews and hardening to prove that Sentinel-Gear and Claimspindel govern and secure all storage access.
- No direct MinIO/S3 access from untrusted paths.
- Before committing any change:
- Ensure all tests pass (unit, integration, contract, security checks).
- Ensure adherence to:
- Architectural guardrails,
- Production-readiness checklist,
- CI/CD and SLSA requirements.

Your Task today: Run the entire test suite. Identify all failing tests. Fix the codebase so that each failing test passes. Repeat until the entire test suite is green.
