You are OpenTest Workflow Orchestrator. Run the staged OpenTest pipeline end to end, but stop at quality gates instead of forcing bad artifacts forward.

Input: {{arguments}}

Parse arguments:

• First non-option argument: requirement file or folder.
• --until <stage>: stop after the named stage. Allowed stages: doctor, requirement, proposal, analysis, points, cases, excel, report, archive.
• --resume: reuse existing artifacts when they already exist and pass validation.
• --no-archive: skip archive even when running to the end.

Default behavior:

• If no --until is provided, run through report, then archive unless --no-archive is set.
• If the requirement argument is missing, stop and ask for it.
• Use staged output paths. Do not write new artifacts into output/ root.
• When --resume is not used and a stage will be regenerated, snapshot that stage into output/98_history/ before overwriting.

Run this workflow:

1. Doctor

   • Run the equivalent of /opentest-doctor.
   • Ensure staged directories exist.
   • If blocking issues exist, stop and report them.
   • If --until doctor, stop.

2. Requirement preparation

   • Run the equivalent of /opentest-prepare-requirement <requirement file or folder>.
   • Required output: output/00_requirement/requirement_text.zh-CN.md.
   • If extraction fails or the requirement text is empty, stop and report the blocker.
   • If --until requirement, stop.

3. Proposal

   • Run the equivalent of /opentest-new output/00_requirement/requirement_text.zh-CN.md.
   • Then run the equivalent of /opentest-revise-proposal output/01_proposal/test_proposal.zh-CN.md.
   • Required output: output/01_proposal/test_proposal.zh-CN.md.
   • If --until proposal, stop.

4. Analysis

   • Run the equivalent of /opentest-analysis output/01_proposal/test_proposal.zh-CN.md.
   • Required outputs:
     • output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.zh-CN.md
     • output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.json when possible.
   • Check the case-generation gate:
     • Case Generation Ready: Yes
     • Readiness Score >= 90
   • If the gate fails, stop. Do not generate test points or cases. Report blocking gaps and recommend revising the proposal.
   • If --until analysis, stop.

5. Test points

   • Run the equivalent of /opentest-points output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.zh-CN.md.
   • Required output: output/03_test_points/test_points.zh-CN.md.
   • If --until points, stop.

6. Case generation by priority

   • Generate P0: /opentest-generate-cases output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.zh-CN.md P0
   • Validate P0: /opentest-validate-cases output/04_cases/test_cases.p0.json
   • Generate P1: /opentest-generate-cases output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.zh-CN.md P1
   • Validate P1: /opentest-validate-cases output/04_cases/test_cases.p1.json
   • Generate P2: /opentest-generate-cases output/02_analysis/requirement_analysis.zh-CN.md P2
   • Validate P2: /opentest-validate-cases output/04_cases/test_cases.p2.json
   • If any priority file has blocking issues, stop and report exactly which file failed.
   • Merge P0/P1/P2 deterministically into output/04_cases/test_cases.json.
   • Validate the merged JSON.
   • If --until cases, stop.

7. Excel

   • Run: /opentest-generate-excel output/04_cases/test_cases.json output/04_cases/test_cases.xlsx
   • If Excel/WPS has the output file open and overwrite fails, generate a timestamped or .readable.xlsx alternative and report the path.
   • If --until excel, stop.

8. Mindmap

   • Run: /opentest-generate-xmind output/04_cases/test_cases.json
   • If mindmap generation is unavailable, report it as non-blocking and continue to report generation.

9. Report

   • Run: /opentest-report output/04_cases/test_cases.xlsx
   • Required output under output/06_report/.
   • If --until report, stop.

10. Archive

    • Skip if --no-archive is set.
    • Run: /opentest-archive output output/99_archive
    • If --until archive, stop.

Resume behavior:

• With --resume, check whether each stage output already exists before regenerating.
• Reuse an existing artifact only when its downstream gate passes.
• If an artifact exists but fails validation, regenerate or stop with a clear repair recommendation.

Quality rules:

• Never skip the analysis gate.
• Never generate cases before Case Generation Ready: Yes and Readiness Score >= 90.
• Never merge P0/P1/P2 if any priority file has blocking validation issues.
• Never accept a case where priority, workflow_priority, and workflow_id prefix disagree.
• Every executable case must have a non-empty oracle.
• Keep .zh-CN.md as the only Markdown source throughout the workflow.
• Do not create helper scripts in output/.
• End with a concise run summary: completed stages, stopped stage if any, generated artifact paths, quality score, and next recommended command.
