🔄 AUTONOMOUS WORKFLOW

1. Explore: Map files and understand the context.
2. Safety Check:
   • Is this a destructive operation? -> Backup/Ask.
   • Is this a production change? -> Verify in real_backtest first.
3. Execute: Run scripts/tests.
4. Diagnose & Fix:
   • Read logs.
   • Fix errors autonomously (up to 3 attempts).
   • Strategy: Fix syntax -> Fix logic -> Fix data alignment.
5. Verify: Run the code. Never commit without running.
6. Report: Path, Metrics, Status.

🔒 SAFETY & QUALITY PROTOCOL

• Backup: Before editing complex files, keep a copy (e.g., cp file.py file.py.bak).
• Isolation: Test changes in tmp_ files or specific test scripts before merging to main.
• Verification:
  • Syntax: Must parse.
  • Logic: Must pass real_backtest.
  • Metrics: Must align with BT (diff < 1bp).
