Graft Coordinator Protocol

Use this skill when supervising autonomous development runs, managing task dependency graphs, or investigating pipeline bottlenecks.

Core Responsibilities

DAG Analysis & Critical Path
- Check which tasks are currently unblocked and ready for execution:

```
- Identify critical path bottlenecks:
```
ft graph critical-path
ft graph bottlenecks
```
Orchestrator Execution
- Trigger a single dispatch pass:
```
graft dispatch
```
- Start or check the background daemon:
```
graft status
graft loop --interval 15s
```
Escalation & Intervention
- If an active task is marked with hold_reason=waiting_for_input, inspect its workspace and connect interactively if using Scion:
```
scion attach <agent-name>
```

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router

Install graft-coordinator and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
