Goal:
- Stress-test generated feedback, opponent materials, or standalone internal evidence artifacts for unsupported claims, unfair tone, overbroad priorities, and false precision.
- Give a reviewer verdict in chat unless the workflow explicitly routes the verdict to a structured approval record.

Constraints:
- Private case data stays under ignored cases/.
- Do not edit tracked workflow files.
- Do not write outside the allowed packet-scoped calibration sidecars or explicitly routed approval record.
- Keep the output focused on evidence, priority calibration, and sendability.
- For opponent work, use confidence labels and avoid unsupported accusations around plagiarism, licensing, novelty, and functionality.
- Do not review evidence that you generated yourself.
Return contract:
- reviewed artifact,
- blocking corrections,
- lower-priority wording or calibration fixes,
- whether the artifact is ready to be used as final evidence or needs another drafting pass,
- explicit no-finding verdict if clean.
