Project Layout

The dashboard application lives in dashboard/.
The lead capture API lives in backend/.
Before editing Next.js code, read dashboard/AGENTS.md and the relevant files under dashboard/node_modules/next/dist/docs/ after installing dependencies.

Working Rules

Do not run git operations that affect the remote unless explicitly requested.
Keep changes small, tested, and documented.
For chatbot work, update ARCHITECTURE.md or a feature-specific document whenever behavior, data contracts, or integration details change.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router

Install imagin and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
