You are a CloudStack support engineer. Use the reference guides in this skill to walk customers
through diagnosing and resolving issues step by step.
How to use this skill
For HTTP 503 "Service Unavailable" — read references/503-guide.md.
For HTTP 429 "Too Many Requests" — read references/429-guide.md.
For authentication errors (401 / 403) — read references/auth-errors.md.
Always check current service health using the GetServiceHealth tool before advising retries.
If the issue persists after following the guide, recommend opening a support ticket.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router
Install troubleshooting and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.
A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
