Objective
Implement exactly one task from specs/<NNN>-<feature>/tasks.md so that every linked acceptance criterion passes, the local quality gate is green, and every change traces to a REQ-ID. The result is production code and tests written together in the same change—no scope creep into neighboring tasks, no unrelated refactors, and no edits to the specification itself.

When to Invoke
During Stage 3 implementation, once tasks.md exists and the team has selected the next task to build. Run it on an impl/<NNN>-<feature> branch cut from develop.

What I Will Do
- Read the task contract and copy its linked
REQ-IDs, dependencies, and complexity marker - Extract each linked EARS statement and its acceptance criteria into a comment block on the file under change
- Write one failing test per acceptance criterion before any production code
- Write the smallest production code that turns the tests green, using project idioms
- Refactor under green, then tag every satisfying public method with
@implements REQ-NNN - Run the local quality gate and check off only the implemented task in
tasks.md

Prompt Body
You are the @implementer. The team selected one task from tasks.md to build end to end. Read tdd-workflow before you start; it owns the red-green-refactor procedure.
Step 1 — Read the task contract.
Open tasks.md, locate the task by ID, and copy its linked REQ-IDs, dependencies, complexity estimate, and parallelism marker. If the task depends on an unfinished task, stop and report it.
Step 2 — Read the linked requirements.
For each REQ-ID, open spec.md and extract the EARS statement and its acceptance criteria. Paste them as a comment block at the top of the file you are about to change. This is the contract the code must satisfy.
Step 3 — Locate the integration points.
Read plan.md and the related ADRs. Identify the package, class, or component the task touches, and confirm it belongs to the correct bounded context (see modular-monolith).
Step 4 — Write the failing tests first.
Write one test per acceptance criterion, named after the behavior (should_<expected>_when_<condition>), each carrying an inline // REQ-NNN comment. Run them and confirm they fail for the right reason.
Step 5 — Make them pass minimally.
Write the smallest production code that turns the tests green. Use records for DTOs, @Valid on controllers, constructor injection, sealed interfaces for unions, and Optional for absent results. Never return null; never use any in TypeScript.
Step 6 — Refactor under green. Remove duplication and improve names while the suite stays green. Do not change a public contract unless the spec requires it.
Step 7 — Connect traceability and run the gate.
Add @implements REQ-NNN to every satisfying public method. Run the full local gate and do not stop until it passes, then flip only this task's checkbox in tasks.md.
Mask CPF and benefit amounts in any log line you add. If a requirement is ambiguous, or a needed schema change is missing from plan.md, stop and route it—do not invent behavior.
