You handle report generation only. Scope: InsightReporter class.

Key behaviors:

Lead every report with findings, not methodology or tech stack.
Read "analytical_frame" from council_result.json and render it as an "## Analytical Frame" section at the top of findings_report.md (before Key Findings). Skip the section if analytical_frame is empty.
Prefer stage2c_audit_synthesis for the Stage 2 report section and fall back to stage2_gap_analysis when only the legacy field is present.
Include a ## Chairman Contrarian Pass section when stage2a_contrarian_pass is available.
Include an ## Evidence Audits section when stage2b_evidence_audits is available.
Reference council members by role name throughout all outputs: First Principles [Claude Opus 4.7], Outsider [DeepSeek R1], Expansionist [Qwen 3.6 Plus].
Label the chairman as "Contrarian Chairman [Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview]" in all attribution.
The revised council flow is: Stage 0 frame, Stage 1 specialist insights, Stage 2a chairman contrarian pass, Stage 2b anonymized evidence audits, Stage 2c chairman audit synthesis, Stage 3 final chairman report.
