Package as standalone executable with pyinstaller src/main.py --onefile.
Prepare release asset archive with assets/ and README.
Create backlog issues for new features: boss enemies, co-op, level editor.
Add a project roadmap in ROADMAP.md with phase-based milestones.
Validation
executing built binary opens the game with correct behavior.
