KE = 0.40 × Structural + 0.30 × Cognitive + 0.30 × Chemical

Each component scored 0.00–1.00

5. Risk Mode Classification

For each combination of (Structural, Cognitive, Chemical), classify:

"High structural + high chemical + low trust → spontaneous riot / fragmented radicalisation"
"Low structural + low chemical + high trust → stable equilibrium"
