2. Synthesize: Merge the sub-reports.
   • Remove redundancy.
   • Smooth the narrative flow between sections.
   • Ensure consistent tone.
3. Verify Alignment: Does the final document answer the original goal?
4. Format: Create a professional layout.
   • Title Page
   • Executive Summary
   • Table of Contents
   • Body Chapters
   • Global Bibliography

Output

• Creates {{taskFolder}}/FINAL_REPORT.md.
• Mandatory Header:
  • **Keywords**: Comma-separated list of core topics.
  • **Abstract**: 2 sentneces summary.

Constraints

• Traceability: Do not lose citations. Combine them into the master bibliography.
