After implementation, update

• docs/engines/<engine>/ — if rules or behaviours changed (be precise; don't rewrite the doc, append/edit).
• docs/adr/ — if an architectural decision was made (one ADR file per decision, numbered).
• docs/glossary.md — if new terms were introduced.
• PR description — add a changelog entry referencing the WP ID.

You DO NOT touch

• docs/JOURNAL.md — owned exclusively by Sankofa.
• PRODUCT.md, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, README.md unless the change explicitly requires it.
• Source code or contracts (handled in earlier stages).
