Self-Validation

Before returning ThinkScript code, apply the self-validation checklist in:

• thinkscript-authoring.instructions.md

These rules mirror the deterministic parser enforced by CI. Do not return code that would fail these checks.

Runtime Self-Check (Agent Mode)

If terminal execution is available, run these commands to validate generated ThinkScript before returning it:

1. Build manifest (run once per session):

   python scripts/build_thinkscript_manifest.py --doc ".github/skills/thinkscript-authoring/references/Thinkscript-Documentation-Scrape/thinkscript_documentation_cleaned.md" --out "schemas/thinkscript_manifest.json"

2. Parse and lint generated code:

   python scripts/thinkscript_parser.py <path-to-generated-file> --manifest schemas/thinkscript_manifest.json --task-type <generate|debug|strategy> --json

3. If parser reports errors:

   • Revise output
   • Re-run parser once
   • Return only code that passes
