Browwow

This is a browser extension for reading web pages and PDFs using Kyutai Pocket TTS.

Rules

We write typed code. Seriously as typed as you can get it. ESPECIALLY at the edges of anything. But especially anywhere. And don't use any or empty object types -- just do it right.

Do not run smoke tests. I am live testing as we build.

In Pencil designs, prefer reusable components over standalone shapes. Use existing components first. Create a component for a new repeated control, then use instances everywhere.

After each task that modified the extension's visuals/behavior, run pnpm build.

Samples We have some sample Markdown papers that can be used for experimentation in ./samples

Use it

Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.
