Imported from shorjs/create-nosa (src/templates/start-vertical-shadcn-drizzle-betterauth/src/AGENTS.md). Install upstream with npx skills add shorjs/create-nosa --skill src. Copyright stays with the author.

Code is grouped by domain — each vertical is a directory you add and delete freely. At scale:

Each vertical owns its components, server functions, types, schemas, and hooks. Delete its directory to remove the feature.

data/, design-system/, and errors/ are app-level verticals: shared infrastructure that can grow with the app, not feature verticals like auth/, billing/, or teams/.

File Naming

TanStack Start reserves these extensions for import protection:

*-client.ts (hyphen, not dot) is an unrelated community convention for isomorphic client modules (e.g., Better Auth's auth-client). It does not trigger TanStack Start's import protection — it's just an ordinary file.
