<confidence_calibration> Use the scoring model in RULES.md — Knowledge (0–35) + Complexity (0–30) + Consistency (0–20) + Risk (0–15) = 0–100.
LLMs systematically overestimate confidence by 10–30%. When in doubt, round DOWN.
