• Outer grid/flex structure for the three columns and the bottom strip.
• Gutters (gap-[10px]), left rail width (md:w-[32.5%]), middle/right flex ratios (flex-[7]).
• Bottom row: full-width track alignment, BOTTOM_PAIR_ROW_ASPECT (md:aspect-[43/9]), proportional wrappers (md:flex-[18] / md:flex-[25]), and equalHeightPair image sizing (object-contain, object-bottom).
• TopTile uses BentoCard variant="flush" (no stroke); keep unless the user asks to change chrome.
