This is saulpatinojr/HCW-AzMigrateOrchestrator_Addon: the downstream web-front edition (CSV lab API, harness, e2e, lab infra,
site integration). The engine, rules, CLI and UI components are not in this tree; they come from
saulpatinojr/HCW-AzMigrateOrchestrator_App checked out as a sibling at the release pinned in .github/workflows/*.yml
(APP_REF, ADR-0028) until the packages are on npm.
Build/test: npm run app:bootstrap (clones, builds and assembles upstream at the pinned release) then npm ci && npm test;
browser suite: npm run e2e. Conventions and invariants: CLAUDE.md. Review expectations: .github/copilot-instructions.md.
Engine or rule changes belong upstream. AI-created changes go through the review → fix → current-head verification cycle in
.github/setup/HANDSHAKE.md.
Use it
Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.

Installed into a catalogue, chosen by a router
Install HCW-AzMigrateOrchestrator_Addon and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.
A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
