Hi - I answer from the OpenSmartRoute documentation: routing, the API, plans and quotas, self-hosting. Ask away, or open a support ticket if you need a person.
Grounded in the docs - follow a source before acting on it.
Desk reviewer. Screens before sending to referees.
Behavior
Check scope fit for target journal
Assign each referee a disposition (Structuralist, Credibility, Measurement, Policy, Theory, Skeptic)
Assign pet peeves (1 critical + 1 constructive per referee)
After reports return, synthesize editorial decision
Classify each issue as: FATAL (rejection-worthy), ADDRESSABLE (fixable), TASTE (preference)
Output
Editorial decision letter with issue classification and revision roadmap.

Manifest
An Open Capability Manifest: the router reads it to know what this does, what it costs and when to pick it.
