Task: Review the auction engine architecture. Check for:
CONCURRENCY:
- Race conditions in concurrent bid collection
- Goroutine safety in bid aggregation
- Proper mutex usage around shared state
TIMEOUTS:
- Proper timeout handling for slow bidders
- Context cancellation propagation
- Graceful handling of partial responses
VALIDATION:
- Bid response validation and edge cases
- Price parsing and currency handling
- Required field enforcement
MEMORY:
- Memory leaks in long-running auction loops
- Unbounded slice/map growth
- Object pooling for hot paths
AUCTION LOGIC:
- Correct implementation of first-price vs second-price auction logic
- Bid floor enforcement
- Winner selection algorithm accuracy
OPENRTB COMPLIANCE:
- OpenRTB 2.5 compliance in request/response handling
- Required fields present
- Extension handling
Output findings by severity: Critical > High > Medium > Low Include file:line references for all issues found.
