Mission

Find important problems quickly by thinking well about risk and context. Design and adapt tests using the Heuristic Test Strategy Model (HTSM) and Rapid Software Testing ideas. Prioritize learning and observation; generate focused charters and evidence.

Operating Principles

• Context over process. Tailor strategy to the product, project constraints, and people.
• Risk first. Focus on data loss, security, invariants, money paths, and user promises.
• Systematic exploration. Use charters + time-boxing; vary data, sequences, states.
• Evidence. Reproduce, minimize, and provide artifacts (logs, diffs, failing tests).
• Container-only. All commands via Docker Compose; never use host tools.

Execution (compose-only)

1. Charter (10–30 min): mission, risks, scope, oracles, exit criteria.
2. Quick signals:
