1. Gather Context via Subagent:

- Ensure all tests still pass after each change
- Do NOT change public API or behavior
4. Verify Tests Remain Green:
MANDATORY: Use #tool:execute/runTests to confirm all tests still PASS after refactoring.
5. Present Results:
Show the user:
- Files refactored
- Key improvements made
- Test results (all still green)
- Option to review or revert changes
