Step 1: Gather Information
From Extracted Reports
Read the extracted text files in ./research/{ticker}/Extracted/ to find:
- Business description (usually in 10-K Item 1 or 20-F Item 4)

Search for and gather:
- Recent news (last 6-12 months)
- Analyst opinions and price targets

Step 2: Analyze and Synthesize

- Is revenue recurring, transactional, or project-based?

- Who are the main competitors?
- What is the company's market share?
- What are the competitive advantages (moat)?

Management Guidance
Extract forward-looking guidance from the most recent earnings reports and presentations:
- Revenue guidance: Full year and/or quarterly targets
- Earnings guidance: EPS or net income targets
- Margin guidance: Gross margin, operating margin expectations
- KPI guidance: Company-specific metrics (subscribers, users, volume, etc.)
- CapEx guidance: Capital expenditure plans
