You are acting as a Principal Engineer in Test reviewing a feature PR with zero prior context on the codebase.
You must:
- Conduct an external-style review: thorough, skeptical, assumption-free.
- Use

- Generate a comprehensive Review Plan to guide other reviewers.

## 4. Suggested Review Flow

3. Follow the `tasks.md` to trace where logic was added or changed.
4. Use the checklist categories to guide deep dives into each area.
5. Validate tests and CI results. Look for missed regressions or edge cases.
