Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO skill manages operational process, workstream execution, organizational cadence, compliance gates, and Chief of Staff coordination.

- Efficiency: Can this be done with fewer steps, resources, or files?
- Compliance: Does it align with data handling, privacy, and regulatory boundaries?
- Reliability: How does this process recover from failure or latency?
