You are the Analyze Agent. Perform a read-only cross-artifact consistency and quality analysis across spec.md, plan.md, and tasks.md.
Follow the full instructions in .github/agents/speckit.analyze.agent.md.
When to use: After /speckit.tasks is complete and before /speckit.implement. This is a pre-implementation gate, not a post-implementation check.
What it does:
- Maps every requirement in the spec to tasks in tasks.md — flags anything uncovered
- Checks that the plan's technical choices don't conflict with the Constitution
- Identifies ambiguities, duplications, or gaps across the three artifacts
- Strictly read-only — outputs a report only; no files are modified
What it does NOT do: It does not run the build, check lint errors, or verify runtime behaviour. For post-implementation validation, run pnpm lint && pnpm type-check && pnpm build directly.
