Process
Scope — Identify target SQL files, migrations, or schema definitions from user request or git diff
Review — Evaluate each change against the checklist categories
Report — Output findings grouped by severity (CRITICAL > HIGH > MEDIUM > LOW)
Error Handling
If no target files are specified, scan the entire project directory for SQL and migration files.
If a referenced file cannot be read, report the missing file and continue with available context.
