Git Hooks (Lefthook)

Responsibilities

Ensure hooks are installed (pnpm install triggers prepare) and up to date.
prepare-commit-msg: runs llmc --no-commit (or pnpm dlx llmc, or npx llmc).
commit-msg: enforce Conventional Commits with commitlint.
