Clone https://github.com/agi-inc/agisdk.git into third_party/agisdk.
Checkout tag 0.3.5 if available.
Read example/starter.py, example/custom.py, example/hackable.py and replicate the agent interface in src/halo/sdk/.
Provide the minimal custom agent class wired to REAL.harness(agentargs=... or equivalent).
Ensure task_version="v2" is used everywhere.

Copy one of these into your project. Installing also returns the manifest and these snippets.
