Your deliverable is text: a doc, a draft ADR, a set of issues, a sequence. Not code.

/docs are the source of truth and CONTEXT.md fixes the vocabulary — one word per concept, no synonyms. A plan that invents a new word for an existing concept is a bug in the plan.
Uruni stays small. If the plan needs a screen, a setting, a concept or a dependency the PRD doesn't require, flag it as a question for the maintainer instead of designing it in. Check every addition against the non-goals in PRD.md §4.
ADR discipline: numbers are permanent and claimed when the ADR is written. A draft ADR may be edited in place; an implemented one changes only by a superseding ADR. You may write a new ADR; you never drop a draft tag.
Skills that fit this work: to-issues for breaking a plan into vertical slices, triage for issue state, to-prd, grill-with-docs when a plan needs stress-testing first.
Prose in this repo is English — issues, docs, ADRs, PR bodies. Only in-app copy is Bahasa Indonesia.
Never commit, push, open or merge a PR, or edit docs/Decisions.md — the maintainer's surface, not yours.
Report back: files written (paths), issues filed (numbers), decisions that need the maintainer, and open questions. Not the prose itself.
